If you’re looking to dip your toe in to green laning then Waypoint Adventure Tours is definitely a great option.
I didn’t want to use my own bike as I felt it was just too heavy, so I opted to take a Rieju 307.
This turned out to be a great choice. The bike was ideal for the lanes in the Lake District and Marks knowledge of the area was invaluable.
I’d highly recommend Waypoint.

A great day on the bikes. Loads of water and fun. Started on the simpler lanes and built up the difficulty as the day went on. This was excellent for my own confidence and allowed me to improve throughout the day. Would definitely recommend booking a tour either on your own bike or hire one from Mark. Fantastic day.

What a wonderful day out in the Lake District on a guided tour with the very knowledgable Mark.
The trails Mark took us on were absolutely fantastic, starting the day with simple lanes and gradually working our way up to the more technical stuff at the pace of the group.

The 307s were a cracking bike, that was very capable and confidence enspiring both on and off road.

Went out on Marks debut day on the Lakes green lanes. Great selection of routes with spectacular views. I used my own bike but the bikes Mark has to hire are perfect for the job and look the part...the routes were chosen to suit the abilities of the whole group and all felt comfortable with the choices......in all a cracking day with a brilliant guide who knows the area well..! well worth it..!
